The Board of Directors are elected every year at the Annual General Meeting held in April. To be nominated the candidate must be in good standing with the league for three (3) consecutive years. Each of these positions are volunteers.

The Administrator and Assistant Administrator are the only employee in the Association. They coordinate the day-to-day aspects of running the league and the league office. They disseminate all information to and from the league, market the league, promote and organize the HFA Men’s Soccer Tournament and represent HFA at local, state and national meetings.
