From www.hfasoccer.com home page, click Teams on the right side and click on your team. Click on TEAM LOG IN in the upper right corner. If you are a returning manager, your log in should not have changed. If you’re a new team or a new manager to an existing team, click “Don’t have a PIN or you’ve forgotten it? Click here.” Use the email address you listed on your team application and your PIN will be emailed to you. You are welcome to change your PIN at any time. Keep this email address updated since this is the one the league uses to send out emails.
Printing out the game report:
Print out a game report from the website anytime prior to the day of the match. Check to make sure any new players you have added are approved, which is generally on Tuesdays.
To print the report, go to your team’s schedule and click on the little ‘vs’ sign between teams on the current game date. Be sure your browser settings allow for printing screens and lines, then print from your browser. If you use Firefox for your internet browser, go to File, then Page Setup and make sure the Print Background (colors & images) box is checked. If you use Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab, then scroll down to Printing to make sure the box is checked for Print background colors and images.
For Hotter Than Hell (all teams, all divisions) - after the game, you must email in your game report as soon as possible after the game, but within 5 days max. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
